OKRs
Definition
Objectives and Key Results -- a goal-setting framework where qualitative Objectives are paired with measurable Key Results to track progress.
OKRs provide alignment and focus across GTM organizations by cascading strategic objectives from company-level down to team and individual levels. An Objective like 'Become the market leader in mid-market' might have Key Results like 'Grow mid-market ARR to $5M' and 'Achieve 130% NRR in mid-market segment.' OKRs are typically set quarterly, reviewed regularly, and scored at the end of the period. They complement but do not replace quotas for sales teams.
